Can we obtain a monthly parking permit?
What methods of payment are accepted?
There are different methods of payment in each parking lot.
Do we need to leave our daily pass or monthly permit on the dashboard?
At all times your daily pass or permit must be visible.
Do we need to leave our keys to the parking attendant?
In some of our parking lots, the client needs to leave the key to their vehicule to the parking attendant.
Can we transfer the account to someone else?
It is not possible to transfer your account to another person. Your account would need to be cancelled and a new contract must be set up with the new customer.
What should we do in case of loss or damages to the vehicle?
Please note that neither Les Entreprises Marc Dubé nor the owner of the infrastucture shall be liable for any loss or damages. Car and contents are left at owner’s risk.
What is your cancellation policy?
Les Entreprises Marc Dubé requires a two weeks written notice to terminate an account.
